Hyderic Machinery Manufacturing recently announced the completion of the upgrade of its national service network. On the basis of service outlets in six core mining regions including Shanxi, Xinjiang, Shenyang, Shandong, Henan and Guiyang, three new regional service centers have been added, and an intelligent operation and maintenance service platform has been launched to realize full-life cycle service coverage of mining equipment.
The upgraded service network is equipped with more than 200 professional operation and maintenance engineers, all of whom have received systematic training in equipment assembly and fault diagnosis. The intelligent operation and maintenance platform can collect operating data in real time through the built-in sensors of the equipment, realizing functions such as fault early warning and remote diagnosis, which shortens the response time for equipment sudden fault handling from 48 hours to within 24 hours. In a pilot project at a large mine in Xinjiang, the platform successfully warned of a cone crusher bearing failure 72 hours in advance, avoiding nearly one million yuan in production losses. The person in charge of Hyderic’s customer service center said that in the future, the company will continue to promote the digital transformation of services and provide customers with high-quality services of “preventive operation and maintenance + rapid response”.
