Hyderic Machinery Manufacturing Factory recently announced that its R&D center has successfully developed a new type of high-strength wear-resistant parts. According to third-party testing, the service life of the wear-resistant parts is increased by more than 50% compared with traditional products, which can effectively reduce the equipment operation and maintenance costs of mining enterprises. The implementation of this R&D achievement benefits from the 15-year accumulation of precision manufacturing experience of the company’s parts processing factory.
The wear-resistant parts adopt a new alloy material formula, realize integrated precision processing through CNC machining centers, and the surface is treated with a special spraying process, which not only improves wear resistance but also reduces energy consumption during equipment operation. At present, the product has been pilot-applied in many large mines in Shanxi, Xinjiang and other regions. Feedback from pilot enterprises shows that the replacement frequency of vulnerable parts of equipment has decreased from once a month to once every two months, and the annual operation and maintenance cost of a single equipment is saved by nearly 120,000 yuan. Hyderic’s R&D director said that the company will continue to increase R&D investment to promote more cost-effective parts and components to the market.
