Haideruike Machinery Manufacturing Factory, a subsidiary of the Haideruike Group, is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the assembly and parts processing of mining machinery and equipment.

The company has two core production bases:

  • The parts processing plant, established in 2009, focuses on precision machining, welding, painting, and the manufacture of wear-resistant parts;
  • The assembly plant, established in 2021, is primarily responsible for the assembly, testing, and commissioning of complete machines. Currently, the company has over 200 employees and has established a complete production, testing, assembly, and after-sales service system, enabling it to provide efficient and reliable crushing and screening equipment and systematic solutions to global customers.

The factory has two main assembly workshops:

  • Assembly Workshop 1: Covering an area of ​​7,000 square meters, it is mainly used for the assembly and commissioning of small and medium-sized crushing equipment and supporting systems;
  • Assembly Workshop 2: Covering an area of ​​20,000 square meters, it is used for the assembly and trial operation of large cone crushers, jaw crushers, and complete production line equipment.

Our multiple parts processing workshops are equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and automated painting lines to ensure high precision and wear resistance of key components. We also have a 10,000-square-meter comprehensive office building housing R&D, quality inspection, customer service, and international trade departments, fully supporting production and overseas business. The company has established marketing and service outlets in Shanxi, Xinjiang, and other regions, forming a sales network covering major mining areas nationwide. We also maintain long-term partnerships with over 80 supply chain factories and hundreds of collaborative enterprises across the country, building a complete supply chain and efficient manufacturing system.
