In order to further strengthen the supply chain resilience and improve the supply efficiency of core accessories, Hyderic Machinery Manufacturing recently signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than 20 upstream and downstream enterprises across the country, covering raw material supply, parts supporting, logistics and distribution and other fields, making the total number of the company’s cooperative industrial chain partners exceed 100.
Among the cooperative enterprises signed this time, there are both large iron and steel enterprises focusing on high-strength steel supply and technology companies with core technologies in the field of automatic control accessories. Through strategic cooperation, Hyderic will reduce raw material procurement costs by 15% and shorten the delivery cycle of core accessories by 20%. At the same time, the two parties will also build a joint R&D laboratory to carry out joint research on the performance upgrading of core components of mining machinery. A person in charge of Hyderic’s supply chain said that this cooperation will build a supply chain ecology of “collaborative manufacturing and complementary advantages”, providing a solid guarantee for the company’s global business expansion. At present, this supply chain system has begun to provide supporting services for orders in Southeast Asia.
