Hyderic’s second assembly workshop was officially put into operation recently
marking a leapfrog improvement in the company’s production capacity in the field of large mining equipment manufacturing. Covering an area of 20,000 square meters, the workshop focuses on the assembly and commissioning of large cone crushers, jaw crushers and complete production line equipment. Complemented by the first assembly workshop with an area of 7,000 square meters, the company’s core assembly capacity has increased by nearly 3 times.
It is reported that the new workshop is equipped with advanced automatic assembly lines and intelligent testing systems, which can control the assembly accuracy of large equipment within 0.05 mm, and the commissioning data is synchronized to the R&D center in real time. A production manager of Hyderic said that after the workshop is put into operation, the delivery cycle of large-scale complete crushing equipment will be shortened from 45 days to 25 days, which can better meet the urgent needs of global customers for large-scale mining production lines. Relying on the synergistic advantages of the two core production bases, the company will further consolidate its market position in the mining machinery manufacturing industry.
